Delivery & return of unwanted goods

If you have purchased a subscription from Little Crumbs and it has arrived within the last 14 days and you are not happy with it, please contact our Customer Service team at enquiries@littlecrumbs.co.uk so that we can understand what went wrong and help you accordingly. We’ll be happy to replace any items damaged at dispatch or to give you a refund where applicable. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery, and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods.

Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on: our stock availability, your delivery address, when you make your selection, circumstances impacting delivery by the postage service.

We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.

You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of the product. If you change address, you must update your personalisation portal in your account to ensure that no products are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will not be refunded for any letters or product posted to the wrong location.

Cooling off period

The cooling off period ends 14 days after receipt of your first delivery.

Cancellation

You must cancel before the renewal date stated when ordering to prevent any further charges occurring.

In the event of a cancellation 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Refunds

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period via the actions tab when logged into your account. You then have a further 14 days from the date of your cancellation to return the goods.

Data

When taking orders, we process your data within the lawful basis of ‘contractual obligation’ . This means we only take information from you which is required in order to process your subscription box and give you or the recipient the best possible customer experience. We will ask you to submit the billing details and contact details (phone number and email) of the purchaser. The child’s name to be displayed on the envelope inside the subscription box and any dietary needs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@littlecrumbs.co.uk. and send your item to: 57 Woodlands Rd, Cleadon, Sunderland, SR6 7UD

Shipping

To return your product, you should send it to: 57 Woodlands Rd, Cleadon, Sunderland, SR6 7UD

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
